In February 2025, the torch was passed to me — Chris Laliberte. I’ve been cutting meat since I was 18, and now I’m proud to carry on the Lakeside name with my own two hands. I’m a husband, a dad to two girls, and I believe in keeping things simple, honest, and damn good.
The shop has evolved — not to lose its roots, but to better serve the people who count on us.
Everything we do now is about making sure you get quality you can trust, with no wasted time or nonsense.
